Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging

• All accessories, manuals, and components must be included

• A valid proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Digital/downloadable products (e.g., sound packs, presets)

• Opened items that pose hygiene risks (e.g., in-ear headphones, microphones with pop filters)

• Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

• Gift cards or promotional codes

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 5-7 days of delivery. We'll either:

• Replace the item at no cost

• Issue a full refund

• Provide a store credit

Please include photos of the damage and your order number when contacting us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email about the status of your refund.

• Approved returns: Refunds are issued to your original payment within 5-10 business days

• Shipping fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

• Late or missing refunds: Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
