Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at ESBY P. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Deliveries are dependent on carrier services' hours of operation on weekends and holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options for our physical products. 

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days delivery time)

Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days delivery time)

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to postal service disruptions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

ESBY P. ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

5. International Shipping 

We currently do not offer international shipping.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

ESBY P. is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
